How to Apply
We accept applications from Social Services, Hospitals, Medical practitioners and directly from families for assistance with vital medical equipment, sensory equipment, travel costs, and respite.

Eligibility
Applications are open to families with children (up to 18 years old) suffering from a life-hindering illness or disability.
Requirements
Please provide as much detail as possible about the specific needs and how the funding will directly benefit the child.
